Meet our Crew. We are just small breeders of Shiba Inu puppies. Our Shiba Inus live separate from our Alaskan Malamutes. They have not been recognized by AKC . Here are AKC requirements. Our males to tend to be over the standard size. We acquire our first Shiba Inu in 2008. We breed just a couple of litters a year. Apartments are okay. But they are known runner so make sure you close that door when you leave because they are also hard to catch.
The Shiba Inu is the smallest of the six original and distinct spitz breeds of dog from Japan. A small, agile dog that copes very well with mountainous terrain, the Shiba Inu was originally bred for hunting.
