SALES CONTRACT AND HEALTH GUARANTEE

1. Where the dog will be a household pet, all sales are executed with a "limited registration". Candy rock Kennels reserves the right to determine whether "full" or"limited" registration is permitted. This must be discussed prier to sale. Otherwise all pups are sold with limited registration.

2. The above described dog/ puppy is hereby guaranteed for twenty found months from the above stated date of sale. This guarantee applies to : genetic defects causing permanent damage to the health of the dogs, *hip dysphasia, Chrondoplasian(dwarfism), Hemeralopia(day blindness) and Hemolytic Anemia provided that the requirements set forth in this contract are followed by the purchasing party.

3.* Hip Dysphasia must be  deemed grade 4 with proof provide by an x-ray certified by the orthopedic Foundation for Animals Inc.

4. Candy Rock Kennels insist that you take your pet to the vet within 72 hours from date of collection, and that said dog/puppy must be examined by a licensed Veterinarian. Said Veterinarian must find the above stated puppy to be sound and healthy, within the first 72 hours of purchase.

5. If, upon verification of a genetically induced health problem from licensed Veterinarian, documentation must be acquired from said Veterinarian on behalf of said dog/puppy shall be provided upon the return of the above described puppy/dog.

6. Please note: Since the long term health of the dog is strongly contingent upon regular vaccinations, proper nutrition, exercise and care, as well as regular visits to the Veterinarian, Candy Rock Kennels cannot assume any further responsibilities other than that which is deemed  genetic by a licensed Veterinarian.

7. In the event that the above stated puppy/dog was sold originally with "Full " registration, Candy rock Kennel requires that this agreement only extend to the above named purchasing party. Spade or neuter of the above described puppy/dog is required before 6 month from day of sale and proof sent to Candy rock Kennel or guarantee is void. Candy Rock Kennel DEMANDS to be informed of the intended resale or placement of the above mentioned puppy/dog prior to the intended exchange. Within this agreement, Candy Rock also reserves the right to re-purchase said puppy/dog at a reasonable and fair price.

8. Candy Rock has the right to visit the home and /or location of residence of the above described puppy/dog at anytime throughout it's lifetime. If the living arrangements are found to be unacceptable, unethical, cruel and or inhumane. Candy Rock Kennels reserves the right to remove the above described puppy/dog and return said animal to ownership of Candy Rock Kennels. Candy Rock Kennels will investigate any reports of animal cruelty of abuse with the assistance of the local Human Society. Any legal ramifications that result from the confiscation of a severely neglected or abused puppy/dog will be considered to be the sold financial, legal and personal responsibility of the offending part.  Please not: Candy Rock Kennels declares that ANY puppy/dog purchased from us cannot, at any time, be chained" outside for extended periods of time. We consider the act of "chaining a dog out" to be cruel and seriously neglectful.

9. This contract is considered null and void if the above described puppy/dog is sold without informing Candy Rock Kennels of their purchase -back option.

10. This contract is null and void if the above described puppy/dog is "given away" to a third party.

11. Breeders: Our dogs are sold with "limited registration unless otherwise agreed. We do not guarantee live pups.

13. Please understand that the return of a dog due to abuse is mostly based on extreme situations where abuse and neglect are known through animal protection agencies.

14. Also we would for everyone to understand that if a dog has to be placed somewhere for any reason it is not our responsibility to place it. We will help assist you in placement but cannot take back a dog without some type of notification.  We cannot take back any dogs that are know to be  a bitters. If you are having problems please let us know ASAP.

Any waiver of this contract will cause it to become null and void.

All Laws are set forth and applied by the state of Ohio. .
